Longstanding friends in the optical industry, Jacque and Lisa share a deep passion for creativity, connection and community. After years of walking parallel paths, they came together to create Women with Vision — a platform that celebrates the women shaping the future of optics.
Grounded in authenticity and collaboration, their shared mission is to inspire, empower and connect those who bring heart and innovation to the independent optical industry.

This festival is deliberately inclusive. Practice owners, students, optical reps, dispensers, optometrists – everyone belongs here. We set ticket prices with accessibility in mind and secured sponsors who believe in supporting women, not just selling to them.
